Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy 

We understand that sometimes things aren't meant to be. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return unworn/unwashed items for a refund if the items are returned within 14 DAYS of receiving them. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. 

Please email boutiqueonbenton@gmail.com BEFORE shipping your items so we are aware you are returning or exchanging. Once we have received your item/items you will receive your refund within 2-3 business days. (Exchanges will be received 5-7 days after the exchange is made.)

ALL Returned Items Must Meet the Requirements Below:

-Must be free of all marks, make up, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and animal hair. 

-All original tags must be attached. 

-All Sale Items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for return/exchange. 

-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping package. 

-Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer.
